Job Description
KONE is looking for an Admin Assistant for the Sales department to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.
The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the Sales team performing back office tasks and will collaborate with all key stakeholders during sales cycle and assist in coordinating the activities of designated projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in creating and booking orders in the system
- Develop strong relationship with operations to ensure the accuracy of information
- Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments with the team
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and perform back office tasks
- Support in organizing events when needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a relevant role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent English language skills
- Very good user of MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Excellent follow up skills
- SAP knowledge is an added value
