Resource Management: Assist in managing project budgets and resources effectively to maximize outcomes and minimize costs.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures in all R&D activities.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
FMCG Background: Familiarity with the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry preferred, understanding its specific challenges and consumer dynamics.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a research and development role, preferably within the FMCG sector or a related industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, experimental design, and problem-solving within an R&D context.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
French fries processing experience is preferred.
