Job Description
The role of Junior Backend NodeJS developer involves working with a team of frontend and mobile app developers to deliver complete web solutions to our clients. The job is fully on-site in DownTown Cairo with the option to work at home on Tuesdays.
- Develop RESTful NodeJS APIs using ExpressJS
- Write and optimise database queries for MongoDB and MySQL
- Design and implement database schemas
- Integrate third-party payment APIs such as Stripe and PayPal
- Integrate the backend and frontend, either for React web apps or React Native mobile applications
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year experience working as a NodeJS backend developer.
- Must have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Must have demonstratable experience in MongoDB
- Has knowledge of React and frontend principles
- Must have proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
