We are looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in the e-commerce sector. Strategic Sourcing:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable agreements for the company.
Product Selection:
- Analyze market demand and customer preferences to inform product selection.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer feedback and market trends.
- Identify new and innovative products that align with our brand and target audience.
Cost Management:
- Monitor market trends, analyze pricing, and negotiate competitive terms to control costs.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product or service quality.
Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from product sourcing to delivery.

- Implement best practices for procurement, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Ensure the timely and accurate replenishment of inventory to meet customer demand.
Risk Management:
- Assess and mitigate risks related to the procurement process, including supply chain disruptions and supplier performance issues.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to assess supplier performance, track key procurement metrics, and generate reports for management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on procurement analytics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in an e-commerce or retail in US environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
