Role: HRIS Analyst with SAP experience (SAP HCM & Success Factors)Contract Duration: 6 months however candidate with right potential could be made permanentWorking Days: 3 days per weekReporting To: HRIS LeadIndustry: Assets and Facilities ManagementLocation: Dubai, UAENote: Testing global changes could result in irregular working hours on an infrequent basisRole summary:Ensures HR systems and processes are aligned with global standards as well as meeting the legislative, business and technical needs of the business in the Middle East region. This includes testing HR system and process changes, assessing and coordinating change requests and providing support to HR systems, data, OM related projects.
RequirementsEducationRelevant degree with Human Resources or Business Management (or equivalent)Experience A minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate HR environment, with exposure to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems and governance to include policy/procedure development. Generalist HR knowledge.Knowledge and SkillsThe ability to co-ordinate support team activities, including testing and change management would be an advantage.Strong all round experience of HCM.Appian, SAP HCM Payroll, SuccessFactors LMS, Recruitment - experience in these areas is necessaryAn ability to assess each issue or ticket and efficiently resolve it.
