Job Description
- Maintain and solve any customer software and hardware technical problems “pcs, laptops, servers…etc.”
- Selling IT services “spare parts and annual maintenance contracts” for our active and new customers
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve short & long-term success
- Creating sales leads by direct sales visits
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and new clients
- Resolve and revert to direct manager regarding any conflict or problem in contracts
- Provide solution and services to customers in a timely manner
- Abide by and work to achieve targets, aligned with company objectives
- Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
- Attending client meetings
- Completing administrative work, as required
