Job Summary:
the Registration Coordinator manages student medical insurance, clearance forms, and equivalence certificate documentation, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records. ensure compliance with ministry requirements and handle the processing of student's documents.
Job responsibilities:
· Handle the medical insurance process for students.
· Manage clearance forms for students graduating and withdrawing.
· Prepare the required documents each semester for equivalence certificates.
· Maintain and update physical student files for effective records management.
· Review and process student records and requested documents, such as enrollment and training letters, and other related materials.
· Utilize student information systems to ensure registration records are accurate and up-to-date.
· Verify that the ministry’s requirement sheets are reviewed each semester to ensure the correct inclusion of nationality, Arabic name, and ID number
· Handle Scholarship contract with the registration team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Preferably experience in student services or academic advising within a higher education setting.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse student populations.
· Proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
· Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing registration processes.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
