Job Description
- Build chip top-level test benches.
- Develop and verify sub-systems within the Analog/RF sections of a chip
- Perform complex solutions to solve design challenges and problems aiming at achieving design specs requirements.
- Develop analog design for complex sub-cells and small sub-systems.
- Give required support for RF designers in cooperation with RF design team leader
- Deliver challenging tasks on-time.
- Help other team members, in cooperation with RF design team leader, if possible, to ensure high productivity and team work.
- Keep abreast of new developments and technical expertise in the design of analog circuits.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- 0 - 5 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC development.
- In-depth understanding of analog circuit design.
- Hands-on design experience of real analog circuits that was manufactured and characterized.
- Familiar with the circuit design of OTAs, voltage/current reference circuits, and/or linear drop-out regulators.
- Basic knowledge of integer-N/fractional-N PLLs design and its building blocks is a plus.
- Preferably having basic knowledge of RF circuit design (LNAs, mixers, VGAs, filters, PAs, data converters … etc.).
- Familiar with Cadence front-end/back-end tools.
- Knowledge of behavioral modeling languages (Verilog, Verilog-A/MS).
