Job Description
Urgently required for a well-known Consulting Agricultural and environmental company located in Saudi Arabia has a branch in Egypt located in Nasr City _ Cairo
- Conduct comprehensive on-site farm assessments, analyzing operations, resource allocation, and cost structures.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements by evaluating current practices, equipment, and technologies.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions such as new tools, machinery, irrigation systems, and data-driven approaches to farming.
- Partner with farms to develop and implement strategic crop management plans that optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in agricultural technology and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including research and development, to pilot and integrate new technologies.
- Analyze data and prepare compelling reports showcasing the impact of your recommendations on farm efficiency and profitability.
Job Requirements
- achelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience as an agronomist consultant or related role, with a proven track record of implementing successful cost-saving strategies in farms.
- 15+ years of experience working Agriculture field
- Should be Proficient in writing technical reports
- Has experience in writing technical proposals
- In-depth knowledge of agricultural equipment, tools, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and the ability to utilize it for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to advocate for new technologies and convince farmers of their benefits.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and a focus on long-term farm success.
