Job Description
- Manage the reception and telephones.
- Manage the maintenance and related activities of the office.
- Ensure the cleanliness of both the office and coordinate the house keeping activities
- Coordinate with HR Executive on branch related admin activities.
- Monitor and ensure the physical security
- Receive and forward incoming faxes and emails to respective Departments/employees and maintain copies of the same .
- Prepare and maintain records of respective activities as per the responsibility of Office Assistant as specified in Path QMS.
- Respect and obey company rules, policies and procedures.
- Safety requirements of facilities & assets .
- Directing visitors by maintaining employee & department directories .
- Coordinate with HR Executive to manage office infrastructure.
- Assist in some HR activities
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Maintains accurate records for employee leave requests
- Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel procedures for employees
- Manage meeting room booking
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Resolve administrative problems
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree is required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the fields of administration.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good co-ordination skills and ability to operate comfortably in high stress situations.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Gender: Male is a must
