Job Description
Front line position which is mainly responsible for the company internal and external customers, handling their needs, maintaining and securing their satisfaction to the maximum level through exceptional customer service in addition to arranging company visits and coordinating visitor’s entry to company departments.
- Maintaining and enhancing the customer satisfaction to the maximum level through providing an excellent customer service to meet their expectations.
- Collecting customer data from Retail Pro program and contacting customers to get their feedback about their shopping experience in our company stores.
- Entering customer cards information on Retail Pro Program on a regular basis.
- Arranging with Chairman Assistant if there is any negative feedback from customer and checking her/ his shopping history/ profile in the company.
- Participating in a meeting with Chairman along with his assistant twice/ month to provide him with customers feedback regarding their shopping experience and taking the suitable actions according to Chairman instructions.
- Receiving daily e-mail from finance department related to customer refund/ exchange requests and calling the customer to check the accuracy of this information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Customer Service courses is a great advantage.
- 0-1 year as experience in customer service/ administration role.
- Good skills in MS Office and Outlook.
- Good commands in English language.
- Excellent skills in customer service and communication.
- Very good skills in presentation and negotiation.
