Job Description
- Monitor the items transfer cycle and assure the accuracy of the figures on the system from the quantitative and qualitative perspective.
- Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate for the planning of purchase, promotions and marketing activities.
- Coordinates and manages periodic and sudden physical counts, investigate the discrepancies and reconcile it.
- Assure that the received quantities are matching with the what ordered in the PO’s from the quantitative and qualitative perspective, and verifying that it’s free of defects .
- To develop methods and procedures that would help in identifying and optimizing the common inventory items
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- should be able to do simple arithmetical computations fast and should be well aware of the basic office procedures.
- He/she should be well conversant with word processing, spreadsheets, email, database software, etc.
- He/she should be able to follow the oral and written instructions and should be able to enter accurate records of inventories speedily.
- Good problem-solving ability, superior organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team are some of the other required skills that will prove to be of great advantage in this field.
- ERP ODO experience is preferable
