The candidate will be providing functional project management for Time Inc. s Accounting Information Systems Group: Planning, scheduling, managing and tracking discrete but overlapping projects that may range from new acquisition implementations to software upgrades to system enhancements
Long term planning of staff resource availability that may determine the timing of functional and business driven projects or clearly demonstrate the need for additional resources
Evaluating and defining the staff s availability for new projects versus the time taken by day-to-day maintenance tasks
Maintaining group project and planning calendars
Running weekly project status meetings
Defining, documenting and implementing Best Practice project management process and procedure
Working closely with senior management and other technical project management organizations

10 years experience for managerial positions.
CPA, MBA, CMA or equivalent is required for managerial positions.
Big four audit firms experience is preferable for both managers.
ERP good knowledge is required for accounting information manager and his team.
Excellent level in MS-office is required for accounting information manager and his team.
