About the Job:
- Managing the Sales team and monitor their performance.
- Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of already existing ones to boost sales in the department.
- Setting targets for the team and achieving them.
- Set weekly, monthly and yearly goals for the team to achieve.
- Generate plans to enhance the performance and productivity of the sales team.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Supervise sales team and handle the cycle of complains or requests by customers.
- Attend Manage sales exhibitions and events to promote company image and expand the company network.
- Review journals and websites to be up to date with the market and participate in meetings and seminars
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- More than 3 years of proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- 1-year experience in leading a team is a must.
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Excellent English
- Owns a car is a must
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
