Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Duties of an information technology can include network management, software development and database administration.
- Provide technical support to a business or an organization's employees and train non-technical workers on the business's information systems.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- V.Good in English Language
- Strong knowledge of different windows platforms.
- Industry certifications and memberships a plus
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
