Job Description
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Attend meetings and keep minutes of meeting.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Job Requirements
- Master Degree in business administration or relative field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent familiarity with research methods and reporting techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent Command of English in written & in Verbal Communication.
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Fast, self-motivated, and organized.
