Job Description
- Creating the main data of all services (hotels, transfers, excursions…..etc
- Loading and activating all contracts (buying and selling) from all countries that we are dealing with
- Mapping of zone codes, rooms and board
- Update the system with all hotel notification (renovation, rebranding ….etc)
- Following up the bookings process
- Providing the support needed to our tour operator
- Following up the team and working process
- Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise
- Mentoring and training up junior and new staff
- Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets
- Ensuring all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly
- Reporting to Sourcing and Yielding Section head
