Job Description
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales department targets
- Increase customers understanding of products & services
- Follow-up on resolving customer concerns with concerned teams
- Ensure that all activities are accomplished within the pre-determined SLA
- Develop the sales within the list/market segment, promoting new solutions & new products to the related customers.
- Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiates sales price, and discounts in consultation with General Manager.
- Report monthly/quarterly to the General Manager to identify gaps between actual and budgeted figures
- Provide all sales related reports to top management according to the plan.
- Issue rivals report on monthly basis that reflects the condition of the market with respect to competitors
- Full coordination with the marketing department with respect to mutual objectives and KPI's to achieve the overall objectives of the company.
- Attend and presence to all meetings with other departments and top management.
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Review progress of sales roles throughout the company, and ensure that sales team objectives achievement
- Assure the proper implantation of process till the contracting phase.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in Similar field is a must.
