Sales Manager Job Duties:
Sales goals:
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
Sales team management:
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Manage, develop, coach, monitor and motivate the sales team to develop their skills.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
CRM:
- Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities.
- Maintain good relation with client.
- Being the key contact for consumer feedback
- Managing customer relationships
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Following up with the clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Promotion planning:
- Putting together project promotional materials.
- Preparing promotional materials and displays.
Monitoring sales target:
- Monitoring & reporting daily sales report
- Provide a report of sales progress and analyze trends and results
- Monthly sales target and KPI are met.
Strategy Plan:
- Design a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
- Design and implement the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
Stock & Profit control:
- Overseeing pricing and stock control.
- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Market survey:
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, monitoring what competitors are doing.
Wholesale:
- Develop a plan for wholesales increase through surveying potential new customers either in the whole-sellers or distributors through utilizing sales force, routes planning and field visits to assure collection of actual sales needs.
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales field not less than five years
- Experience as a sales manager not less than one year (is a must)
- Must be a gamer or has a good knowledge and experience in electronics field.
