Job Description
- Take company goals and strategy and implement them into marketing activities to increase the number of inbound leads for the sales department.
- Stay on top of current marketing trends and strategies and apply them to generating leads.
- Monitor, measure, analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and use this information to redesign/change the initiatives.
- Continuously working to optimize efficiencies to make the department more effective and productive with a growing base of leads generated.
- Analyze weekly departmental success statistics.

Job Requirements
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Ability to travel as necessary
- We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in marketing
