Job Description
- Responsible of building and leading TALENTED team to create and develop Educational content.
- S/He plays a key role in the transformation of current material into a market-leader dynamic product,
- Develop "mass customization" approach to timely and cost-effective leadership solutions,
- Leverage the wealth of content assets available across our materials portfolio.
- Respond to the three factors: Market Demand, MOE directives and the latest curriculum development techniques).
Job Requirements
- Experience : (15+ year) of relevant experience.
- Education : Master's degree in Education, Doctorate preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum development, assessment and test construction.
- Minimum five years of educational leadership experience, including personnel leadership mentoring, and training
- Minimum five years of teaching the national curricula
- Strong project planning and organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple efforts and to address changes in priorities
- Outstanding oral and written English & Arabic communication skills required.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, especially in a teamwork environment.
- Process improvement orientation.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and customer focus.
