Job Description
Main Priority: Tender Process
- Manages, coordinates and drives the Schedule process for of multiple Tender proposals in coordination with the Tech. Director
- Revises Tender Schedule with CMS Partners prior to Tender submission to ensure Project Duration Accuracy and proper resources are coordinated
- Revises Tender project(s) documents in order to fully understand project technical and contractual scope
- Develops, establishes, and maintains all aspects of the Tender planning/scheduling efforts
- Coordinates to include All Major Tender Subcontractors / Long Lead Material Duration into Tender Schedule
- Provides Tender Technical Forms: Tender Technical Overview Forms, etc.
- Provides Tender Project Method Statements alongside Schedule
- Provides project Cash flow, Manpower and Equipment Charts & Histograms
- If needed during tender process; interfaces with clients, attends preconstruction meetings, and provides schedule reports.
- Coordinates with Tech. Director on deadlines, issues, etc.
- Assists Technical Director with tender related tasks, if necessary
Secondary Priority: Site Support:
- Responsible for New Projects Schedule Handover to Projects Team: Engineering Duration / Material Procurement Duration / Construction Duration, Manpower & Equipment Resources etc.
- Responsible for hiring and monitoring of Site Planners for projects in coordination with Executive Manager.
- Supports Project Site Planners on a limited basis
- Keep Executive Manager informed about projects schedules and provide monthly Project Schedule Reports to Executive manager
- If necessary, on a limited basis: Interfaces with clients, attends construction meetings, and provides management feedback with Project Schedule / Claim Issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in the same field .
- Fluent English.
- Computer Skills.
