Job Description
- A Pre-Sell Representatives main duty objective is to maximize company sales by working against the key retail priorities.
- Retail priorities might include: maximization of merchandising opportunities, new item launch, and getting a market share.
Main Tasks:
- Maintain appropriate uniform and personal appearance standards within company guidelines and requirements.
- Know decision-makers and customers' key personnel by name.
- Know time restrictions - delivery and/or order.
- Monitor competition, compare market shares vs. shelf space, and
- conduct monthly price surveys.
- Rotate products within and between accounts to maintain product freshness and quality.
- Document and maintain proper inventory levels by account in handheld computer system.
- Develop all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service
- Take inventory and place orders for future PBG Delivery
- Solicit new business to increase volume and new package distribution within the area boundaries
- Sell and execute promotions, solicit placement of equipment and sell sufficient product inventory
- Utilize point-of-purchase materials to stimulate sales
- Generate selling opportunities by maintaining and increasing shelf facings, cleaning shelving and rotating product
- Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create and maintain goodwill with all customers
- Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales
- Complete required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner maintaining legibility
Job Requirements
- Should have Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- FMCG experience is a must
