General Description
- Provide administrative assistance to the team (Team Head, Team Head’s Personal Assistant and Associates)
The tasks that the Admin Assistant should undertake are:
- Timesheet data entry
- Events and Conferences logistics, Hotel/flight ticket booking
- Timely E-archiving and filing
- Word formatting/processing
- Creating and updating legal templates
- Booking/preparing team meetings
- Summarizing memos, as needed
- Follow up on various matters and deadlines
- Assist in editing Marketing Submissions and Publications
- Update team brochure/bios regularly
- Provide assistance in any required task by the Team Head and the Team Head Personal Assistant
Job Requirements
- Maximum Age 29
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Preferably recent work experience in other law firms
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
