Job Description
We are a US based company building IT team in Egypt.
Main responsibilities (But not limited to the followings):
- Consult with management to identify needs and preferred qualifications.
- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills.
- Contact references.
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
- Hire or refer qualified candidates.
- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Process paperwork.
- Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents.
- Advise managers on policies.
- Provide training plans.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring process.
- Direct disciplinary procedures.
- Resolve issues between management and employees.
- Handle employee's business related travel arrangements (visas, flights & hotels bookings).
Job Requirements
- "HR specialist" is required for a software company in Maadi (Beside Carrefour).
- Minimum 2 years experience is required.
- Bachelor degree preferred (MBA is a plus).
- Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Salary: negotiable.
