Job Description

Summary
Manages and leads Sales Team Leader and Sales Agents. Communicates
company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates all Sales Teams
and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and
training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates
concerns and policies among management and team members. Contributes to sales
and achieving Targets, set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the
agents to achieve.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading Teams 40%.

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operation.
  • Monitor teams’ performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team Leaders and Team members.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team building activities

- Property Consulting 40%.

  • Contact potential Clients through (Emails-Mobile) to offer them Property Consultancy Services.
  • Prepare for meetings, Presentations, company briefing, orientation and site visits.
  • Meeting Clients and give them advise about the best recommendations for property investment
  • Determine client’s needs and financial abilities
  • Negotiate about the best paying scheme that suits the client.
  • Handling paperwork from presentations purchase agreements, closing statements to contracts.2
  • Always seeking new leads
  • Study Clients life style getting near to their needs
  • Updating database with new clients and previous status.

-Reporting 20%

  • Report sales teams’ performance to CEO
  • Prepare plans, statistics and point on threads, opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Experience (More than 1 years) as sales manager in a brokerage company

Education

  • Bachelor degree at least in any relevant studies.
