Follow the project plan in deploying the implementation of projects upon the agreed plan & Scope of work.
Perform project(s)’ Configuration as per its LLD “low level design” proficiently & according to vendor’s Standards.
Execute the project’s acceptance criteria and test plan.
Conduct the quality assurance & testing in light of the acceptance criteria.
Provide a full Technical documentation of the implemented projects.
Prepare task status report as required.
Efficiently respond to the escalated problems within the time agreed on the SLA (Service level Agreement).
Competently Troubleshoot and Solve the escalated problems (Level 1 & 2) within the time agreed on the SLA.
Follow the proper Escalation Matrix if the Problem is of a higher level or still persists.
Fulfill personal development plan.
Participate in technical and non-technical know-how transfer with the team.
Perform all assigned tasks from the direct manager within the scope of department.

0 - 3 years of experience in technical field.
CCNA -Collaboration is a plus.
Associate level in Cisco unified communication.
Hands-on experience on network protocols, routing protocols, routers, switches …etc.
Hands-on experience on Cisco network equipment
Good Knowledge of Technical reports writing.
