- Identify and contact prospective customers and keeping existing customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements
- Prepare sales quotations and contracts and submit orders for processing.
- Respond immediately to customer inquiries/information needs.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
