Job Description
- Liaise with Foundation team members to prepare Purchase Requests after validation from Senior Operation Manager
- Update Forms for PRs and POs to fulfill needs of the departments and provide adequate information
- Communicate procurement needs to GB Auto Procurement Department and follow up on timely delivery.
- Liaise between requesting party from Ghabbour Foundation and Procurement department for any desired clarifications or feedback
- Coordinate with Fleet team for delivery of materials to specified destination in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the same position
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant major
- High Communication & Negotiation skills
- High Planning & Organizing skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Good command of the English language
