Job Description

  • Liaise with Foundation team members to prepare Purchase Requests after validation from Senior Operation Manager
  • Update Forms for PRs and POs to fulfill needs of the departments and provide adequate information
  • Communicate procurement needs to GB Auto Procurement Department and follow up on timely delivery.
  • Liaise between requesting party from Ghabbour Foundation and Procurement department for any desired clarifications or feedback
  • Coordinate with Fleet team for delivery of materials to specified destination in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the same position
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant major
  • High Communication & Negotiation skills
  • High Planning & Organizing skills
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
  • Good command of the English language
