Job Description
- Ensure that all data for the files of cases is fulfilled both inside and outside the company.
- Attend court hearings to defend the position of the company.
- Writing defense briefs and preparing case records and monitoring them in police departments and public prosecutors.
- End all procedures related to cases and report to the Head of Legal Affairs
- Representing the company before courts, labor offices and social insurance to terminate all contracts and procedures.
- Formulating all types of contracts the company has with external entities, whether primary or final, and presentation to the direct manager.
- Completion of the registration and documentation procedures that arise as a result of the company's contracts with the courts and government agencies.
- Reporting skills and legal notes
