Role description
Under the direction of a manager, the AIESEC Interim is responsible for analyzing, triaging and processing of all adverse experience information received for investigational and marketed products, according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for further reporting to worldwide regulatory agencies by Global Pharmacovigilance. In addition, the AIESEC Interim collaborates with other staff within the organization, as well as cross-functionally.
Main activities

Perform preliminary analysis, triage and filing of received adverse event information as needed.

Exchange communications with Business Partners based on agreements, to ensure compliance

Provide franchise team support by ensuring that the appropriate resources

Oversee redistribution of workload within the franchise and across franchises with manager

Identify individual, team, franchise, training and/or processes related issues

Ensure effective communication with appropriate roles in Global Pharmacovigilance and other DMC
-
Perform a case review of adverse experience information within the established timeframes
