Job Description
- Implements cost-effective production strategies while retaining high quality and productivity.
- Monitor and review the Toll Operations performance.
- Assists with toll program planning, analysis, design and development of solutions/methods.
- Lead and manage all interactions and communications with the manufacturing site to facilitate our production processes and keep it lean.
- Plans and follow up the production activities of a company based on job orders.
- Fixing the Production time line and due dates for production batches for running products and Pipeline and scale-up batches (Pilot batches).
- Responsible for the production plan for multiple products in order to produce the customer's orders on time.
- Responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output
- Organizes and oversees the manufacturing of goods.
- Calculates the quantity of the semi-finished of each item.
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets.
- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Generating routine and ad-hoc reports using production records.
- Ensuring that all required documents such as batch records, identification labels …ext. are filled on the spot and handled in a proper way.
- Coordinates production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Monitors production to resolve issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Pharmaceutical Companies background is a must.
- Proven experience in Toll & Production Field at companies is a must.
- Good Connection with dietary factories.
- Deep knowledge of production process.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
- Outstanding communication ability
- Attention to detail.
