- Working hours from 3:30 pm to 3:30 Am.
- Follow up on incoming leads in a timely manner.
- Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identifying client’ needs, clarify information, and confirm details.
- Provide customers with service in a friendly, confidential and knowledgeable manner.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to provide valid ID and pass security clearance requirements.
- Spoken English Fluency is a Must.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately.
- High College Graduated.
- Excellent internet connection at home is a must and will be tested daily.
- Maximum age is 35.
- No Nationality restriction.
