Job Description
- In addition to the skills needed for Front-end Developer:
- Setup and maintain culture of good coding standards and coding best practices
- Ability to quickly learn new domain
- Keeping the hand on the pulse of the entire team as to sprint progress, current roadblocks, etc.
- Lead and manage local development scrum delivering toward RO Agile stories
- Manage local QA resources if we extend the relationship to QA
