Job Description
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Welcome, assist and direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
- Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs.
- Assist in other administration responsibilities as required.
- Provides administrative support in the field of secretarial and administrative affairs to staff
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Develop and maintain a filing system and keep records of necessary documents.
- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed and delivered in a timely manner.

- Excellent organization and time management skills
