A reputable company located at 6 october seeking an Office Administrative assistant urgently needed with the following qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, excel, PowerPoints)
- Support Management with scheduling, reminders and other activities as needed.
- Local purchasing, tracking and managing employee requests and office supplies.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Responsible for logistics process.
- Serve as point of contact for facility needs.
- Manage phones.
- Make travel arrangements.

Job Requirements
- Must be near by resident
- Fresh or 2 years Experience from reputable university
- Good command of English
- Male only and age under 28
