Job Description
- The Tele sales responsibilities contacting potential merchants, focusing on merchant needs to close sales, and documenting merchant information, purchases, and reactions.
- Inform merchants about all products in the company, their uses and benefits and informing merchants of new products.
- Take orders made by merchants and follow up sales delivery to merchants and inquire about their user experience of goods purchased, making use of their feedback in rating merchant satisfaction
- Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to achieve maximum results.
- Initiating sales with potential merchants over the phone.
- Listening to the merchants' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Answering merchants' questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results.
- Writing sales scripts and merchant answer sheets.
- Maintaining merchant relationships.
- Handling escalated merchant complaints.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Services or similar field.
- Previous experience as a Telesales team leader “Preferred in DME field”.
- Experience in Telesales preferred.
- Strong managerial and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to write and present reports.
- Strong organizational skills
