Job Description
- Prepare proper Quality training material, plan, needs and assessment materials for each position in ibnsina to confirm the effectiveness of the trainings.
- Assure that the trainers are qualified before conducting any training session & the trainers are committed to the Quality training plan to assure good and trusted information delivery.
- Classify the business suppliers according to ibnsina standards to be able to assess the supplier effectively.
- Prepare auditing material, plan, reports & CAPAs according to each type of suppliers to be able to assess the supplier effectively.
- Conduct audits/visits on the suppliers according to the suppliers auditing program to perform an effective assessment.
- Analyze the reports and define the selection criteria to the accepted suppliers to easily choose from the best suppliers with the best qualifications.
- Responsible for control, distribution, review, cancellation and obsoleting of the right versions of the SOPs among ibnsina sites to have an updated quality system.
- Analyze and collect records from all departments to make sure that all records are done according to good documentation practices to confirm the documents compliance with implementation.
- Make sure that all departments use the latest version of the SOPs to confirm the documents compliance with implementation.
- Monitor ISO system application in all branches to maintain company standards.
- Control documents' cycle related to ISO requirements to maintain department instructions.
- Prepare audits check lists to ensure efficiency of ISO implementation.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy/Science, preferably Pharmacy.
- 0-3 years’ experience in the same position.
- Good User of MS office.
- Organized and Follow up.
- Negotiation, Problem Solving and Communication Skills.
- Very good command of English language.
