Job Description
- Sell retail products, goods and services to customers.
- Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. Sometimes,
- Focus on inside sales, which typically involves "cold calling" for new clients while in an office setting, or outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
