Job Description
- Communicate and assign new leads to sales team.
- Ensure receiving the leads feedback within the agreed service level.
- Prepare a daily leads feedback report.
- Analyse the quality of leads through sales team leads feedback.
- Provide the sales team leader a weekly performance reports for their sales team members.
- Update projects & inventory sheets, and make sure to communicate all updates to all sales team members, and updating the company's website and all online listing platforms with the updates.
- Ensure the accuracy and completion of all reports and communicated data, information online and offline.
- Make quality assurance surveys to ensure that all clients received a unique special service by the company's representative.
- Prepare all sales team required documents, and manage the communication with all outside strategic partners.
- Respond to all outside requests, complaints related to marketing, leads, and communication with all partnered developers.
- Coordinate weekly meeting & sales orientations.

- Experience in real estate is preferred.
