Job Description
- Scope:
- Handle software system configurations and definitions for business software (ERP, clinics management, e-mail, etc..)
- Perform regular data backups.
- End-user support for existing software systems
- Log user problems and communicate with the development team to ensure bugs are fixed and system regularly updated
- Handle data migration between systems, prepare additional reports on data, potentially write SQL queries and other simple scripts
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years as a software support engineer on business systems (ERP, medical or similar)
- Familiarity with basic accounting and stock management softwares
- Experience with ERP implementations is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and basic programming is a plus
