Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Create a project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
3+ years’ of experience in the same field.
Software Development/Service life cycle knowledge.
Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience are required.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
Ability to review and understand technical documents within a limited time frame.
PMP certification is a plus.
