Job Description
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Maintain Call Log File.
- General Clerical duties including photocopying fax .
- Maintain Fax Log File.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Greet visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Booking meeting rooms and organizing refreshments .
- Updating Extension lists on the company database.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Responsible to Manage the Buffet needs, Auditing & Consulting Materials.
- Responsible to Support the project sales department including letters.
- Checking up the supporting services performance Daily according to checklist.
- Provide Daily Report Regarding Support services to HR Department.
Job Requirements
- Proffered university Degree.
- ERP System.
- V.Good in Microsoft Office( Excel - Word - Power Point).
- Good English Skills.
- V.Good Communication Skills.
- Representative Appearance.
