Job Description
This position is in charge of creating attractive visual displays in retail outlets. Create window and in-store displays of goods for retail shops and department stores with available space and increase sales and buyer attention and should be aesthetically presented.
- Will have knowledge of colors, patterns and floor-sets.
- To communicate with store managers to work out the floor layout and display points, as well as how and what items are to be displayed.
- Window designs, internal displays and other merchandising of promotional events to entice the customer.
- Roll out of campaign at stores. (BTL collaterals).
- Responsible for using appropriate lighting for the best presentation possible, arranging signage and coordinating the take down of displays after promotion.
- Mystery Shopper - on visual related collaterals
- ISO Compliance - as per Audit rating (SOP Compliance Store)
Job Requirements
Experience:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in similar position in Retail sector
- Understanding current market trends and innovative visual approaches
- Natural finesse for color, balance and composition
- Highly creative and enthusiastic
- Good command in English, Communication & presentation skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate
