Reporting to: Head of Admissions
Person Profile
A key competency is to be a collaborative team member and value the collective ability of teams rather than traditional hierarchies. He/she should possess excellent communication skills and should have a diverse range of qualities and competencies.
- Entering the students’ data on the database /system and ensuring all admission information is available and correct.
- Collecting/Organizing students' official documents.
- Registering students with the Ministry of Education-related department.
- Follow-up on the Arabic/ Social studies/religion exam schedules with the MOE.
- Maintaining students records needed for the Ministry of Education
- Ensures in coordination with the Head of Admissions that the admission process is in compliance with the ministry requirements.
- Manages the student's transfers to / from school
- Manages all inquiries from students and parents when related to Ministry Admissions/student registering requirements.
- Maintains communication via telephone, correspondence, and e-mail with students or parents.
- Keep a record of documents and forms received or handed out.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- 4-6 Years of experience in a similar position in a school is a must
