Job Description

  • Process visa applications
  • Submit and retrieve applications to/from Embassies or Consulates;
  • Liaise with clients over the telephone, through written communication, and in person, respond to inquiries;
  • Provide and sustain superb customer service;
  • Maintain working knowledge of visa requirements to most popular destinations;

Job Requirements

  • Lives in Giza ( Haram, Dokki, 6th of October) preferable
  • One year Experience at least
  • A demonstrable interest in travel
  • Knowledge of key holiday destinations
  • English language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
