Job Description
Job purpose:
- As a copywriter, your main role will be to support the creative director by generating creative concepts and ideas for advertising campaigns across all media.
- A copy must be well thought through and written in the tone suitable for the brand and advertiser.
- In addition, your role will require a copy to be written for multiple platforms including websites, social media, emails, marketing materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Furthermore, you will be required to support the creative team by producing presentation and proposal documents.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ability to generate creative ideas and copy across platforms.
- To be actively involved in creative brainstorming and come up with fresh ideas and witty thinking
- Strong command of Arabic and English language to successfully communicate with a target audience using relevant insights and local flavor is an advantage
- Meet deadlines consistently without compromising the quality of the work
- Come up with creative solutions even under pressure.
- Ability to understand the consumer market.
- Participate in the conceptual phase of the project.
- Act as an information specialist.
- Interact with creative, production and sales teams.• Meet all assigned deadlines.
- Participate in client presentations.
- Ensure high-quality and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Adheres to and supports agency procedures
- To provide any other duties as assigned by the Blaze Director to support the Blaze team.

Knowledge Education/ Qualifications Experience:
- A strong command of English (mandatory) and Arabic
- Ability to translate from English to Arabic and Arabic to English (advantageous)
- Bachelor degree in communication media or similar.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in advertising / creative with at least 2 years experience as an English copywriter.
- You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and conceptual skills.
- Experience with Media brands (advantageous)
