Job Description
Primary Tasks:
- Implement marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales in the market.
- Provide timely feedback to middle management regarding his/ her performance.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Maintain the required number of sales activities that lead to sales; (i-e) called calls, meetings, etc…
- Meet or exceed all activity standards for calls, meetings, presentations, proposals and closes.
- He/ She may be responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Agents.; if any.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
- Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
- Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
- Develop professional relationships or networks.
- Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers.
- Develop proposals for current or prospective customers.
- Identify investment opportunities or strategies.
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Ensure that all business activities are conducted in line with company’s values, policies and ethics codes of conduct.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout: on current business activities, short-long term plans, proposals under scrutiny and any other activity related to the business.
- Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.
Job Requirements
- Very Good Command of English.
- University degree in a relevant study.
- Car Owner.
