Job Description
Work closely with the management to understand the business requirement for the project, developing effective management processes for the project.
• Decompose complex projects into actionable activities to successfully deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Responsible for identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues to facilitate ontime delivery of capabilities and features aligned to the business outcome vision.
• Specialization in identifying the technical resources essential to ensuring the successful delivery of the project. • Manage planning with the business team to ensure deliverables on the required time.
• Manage technical teams to ensure the delivery of products on time with the required quality.
• Build a relationship with suppliers and service providers to ensure the delivery of the Business plans.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and team learning.
• Reporting weekly/monthly for all projects in hand for different management levels.
• Develop the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the project's specific requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience, at least 3 of them in software project management or IT.
- Project management experience including reporting and process management is a must.
- A broad understanding of Ecommerce software applications as well as business areas is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills are mandatory.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- • Excellent analytical skills.
- • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- • Has strong experience handling multiple projects, multiple customers, and multiple teams.
- • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
