Job Description
We are looking for an active, innovative and enthusiastic Sales Manager with the following responsibilities:
- Ability to create/generate leads and follow through, initiate sales process by generating leads; making an initial presentation
- Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of our products and services
- Understanding account requirements and achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales process
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and/or resellers/partners
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Bachelor degree (preferred in computer science) with at least 3 years in marketing and sales.
- Proven experience as telesales and social media representative
- Creative mindset is a must.
- Excellent command in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
